The Le Center Volunteer Fire Department held their annual Firemen Ride on Saturday with 122 bikes and 157 riders registered.

The Le Sueur County Relay For Life’s first report of funds raised is approximately $88,000. Last year the relay closed with about $88,500 raised.

Blood drive close to goal

The blood drive collected 70 units of blood on June 21, with 76 people presenting to give blood. The goal that day was 80 units, thank you to all the came to donate.

The Le Sueur County Relay For Life committee has been gearing up for this year’s Relay that will be held at the Le Sueur County Fairgrounds in Le Center on July 8 and 9.
